Service Description:
Critical and High-Impact Incident Management: Active participation in the resolution of critical incidents, including the implementation of workarounds, root cause analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with other teams for effective resolution.
Handling and resolving requests, incidents, and inquiries according to SLAs: Efficient management of requests in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.
SDN Networks: NOKIA (NOKIA SDN, Routing, BGP Protocol, OpenFlow Protocol, NETCONF Protocol, SOFTWARE DEFINED NETWORK, NSP Protocol, OpenDaylight Controller, ONOS Controller, Cisco ACI Controller, VMware NSX Controller) JUNIPER
Skills:
Over 5+ years of experience
Juniper and Nokia SDN Networks
Customer-required certifications:
Cisco CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (with SDN).
VMware NSX Advanced.
ONF Certified SDN Professional.
Tasks:
Critical Incident Resolution: Active involvement in resolving high-impact incidents, including workarounds, RCA, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
Request & Incident Handling: Timely resolution of tickets per SLAs using tools like Remedy.
ITIL Process Execution: Application of change, problem, and configuration management practices.
System Monitoring: Continuous monitoring to ensure system availability and performance.
Event Response Procedures: Defining protocols for handling alerts from monitoring tools.
Backup Management: Regular verification and maintenance of backups.
Maintenance Planning: Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Third-Party Coordination: Liaising with vendors and suppliers for support and improvements.
Technical Documentation: Creating and updating operational documentation for teams and audits.
Process Improvement: Proposing and implementing optimizations.
L2 Console Monitoring: Managing second-level event consoles for operational continuity.
Audit Support: Preparing compliance evidence and supporting audit processes.
Scripting & Automation: Developing scripts for operational efficiency.
Dashboard Management: Creating and interpreting dashboards for data-driven decisions.
Network Documentation: Maintaining site lists, diagrams, and network records.
Certificate Management: Overseeing digital certificate lifecycle.
Provisioning Reports: Daily reporting of equipment scheduled for provisioning.
Edge Platform Support: Supporting Operator Platform Plan Edge operations.
