About The Job
As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Aimo IT, you’ll work hands-on across the stack while guiding your team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of both technical execution and leadership, driving structure and progress in a hybrid team setup.
- Build and maintain end-to-end solutions – from customer-facing features to backend services.
- Participate daily standups, support prioritization, and secure delivery pace.
- Partner with solution architects, QA, and other developers to ensure best practices across teams.
- Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, influencing architecture and delivery methods.
- Play a central role in reducing consultant dependency and building stronger internal capabilities.
You are an experienced developer – ready to step into the role. What drives you is not just writing code, but problemsolving, creating clarity, enabling others, and shaping long-term solutions that matter.
- Strong fullstack experience (React, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, APIs, databases).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, be a driver in technical discussions, and influence architecture decisions.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Pragmatic mindset: balancing speed, scalability, and quality.
- Strong collaborator: sharing knowledge and mentoring others.
- Bonus: Atlassian tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or IT governance frameworks.
