Senior Android Developer - Global App

emagine is now looking for a Senior Android Developer to join an exciting product team working on a globally used app. You will be part of a highly collaborative environment with a strong focus on quality, product development, and modern ways of working.

The role

  • Develop in Kotlin with a strong focus on Test-Driven Development and small iterations
  • Work extensively with Jetpack Compose
  • Integrate and work with GraphQL APIs
  • Take ownership and responsibility for solutions – from idea to production
  • Collaborate in an open team culture where communication, curiosity, and innovation are encouraged
  • Contribute to product development and continuously explore new practices and technologies

We believe you have

  • Several years of experience as an Android Developer
  • Solid knowledge of Kotlin
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience and genuine interest in Test-Driven Development
  • A communicative, open-minded personality with a drive to take ownership
  • Curiosity and eagerness to try new ways of working

Assignment details

  • Start date: Mid-November or beginning of the year
  • Location: Stockholm (on-site Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
  • Team culture: Supportive, open, and collaborative with a great atmosphere
