We are looking for an HR Generalist to join SeenThis. In this role, you will work closely with the CHRO and assist managers and employees across the organization. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in HR operations, recruitment, and HR systems while contributing to key processes in a dynamic international environment. The position is a one-year parental leave cover and preferred start date is December 2025.

About the role

As HR Generalist, you will work closely with and provide day-to-day support to the CHRO in operational tasks, planning, and follow-up on HR-related initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, managing HR administration, and supporting both employees and managers with HR-related matters. This includes producing HR reports and data analyses, assisting managers with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will also be involved in supporting HR projects, improving workflows, and contributing to the continuous development of our HR function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to the CHRO on HR-related initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance of employee data.
  • Handle core HR administration: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leaves, absences, and HR documentation.
  • Produce HR reports and analyses (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity, absence reports) to support decision-making.
  • Provide data and documentation for HR projects (benchmarking, policy updates, salary surveys, etc.).
  • Support managers in recruitment: coordinate postings, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Continuously improve HR administration, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in HR administration and working with HRIS.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in HR data and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Swedish.


Good to have:

  • Experience with HiBob.
  • Experience with Notion.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience coordinating or managing smaller HR projects.
  • Previous experience in recruitment/talent sourcing.
  • Strong Excel skills.
