- Define and document product requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize and maintain a well-structured product backlog
- Collaborate with developers to clarify scope and remove delivery blockers
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Ensure high-quality documentation for all user flows and features
- Track and report progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git-based systems
- Align product development with business objectives and user expectations
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery, communication, and documentation
- You’ve worked closely with tech teams and understand backend/frontend workflows
- You know how to manage Agile projects, not just run meetings
- You bring structure and momentum, especially in fast-paced environments
- You’re comfortable using modern tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, GitHub, etc.)
- You’re curious about AI and enjoy finding ways to work smarter
