We are seeking a Lead Developer with expertise in the Go language to join our software engineering team.

You will be responsible for guiding development efforts focused on microservices and distributed systems. This role requires leadership experience and solid technical skills in modern backend technologies. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers working with Go language
• Design and implement microservices architecture
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services
• Manage basic relational database operations using SQL
• Oversee infrastructure as code deployments
• Utilize Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Ensure code quality through reviews and mentoring team members
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools
• Coordinate with cloud services teams where applicable
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the team
• Promote best practices in software development and deployment
• Document system design and architecture decisions

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Go programming language with 3+ years of experience
• Experience leading software development teams for 2-3 years
• Background in designing and developing microservices
• Skills in implementing REST APIs and gRPC communication
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with infrastructure as code practices
• Competency in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Understanding of cloud platforms is preferred
• Ability to manage and mentor team members
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
