GEN AI / LLM Engineer

Job Description

We're seeking a talented and innovative Project Lead to manage our efforts on the integration and application of Large Language Models (LLMs) in software development and testing. As the LLM Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers to explore and implement cutting-edge LLM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging LLMs to improve software development and testing efficiency.
• Encourage experimentation and innovation in the application of LLMs to solve complex problems.
• Develop effective prompts and guidelines for interacting with LLMs to achieve desired outcomes.
• Select appropriate LLM models for specific tasks, such as code generation, testing and documentation.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into existing development workflows and tools

Required Skills and Experience:

• University Degree in Computer Engineering (Other engineering degrees may be considered depending on experience.).
• Strong understanding of LLM technology and its applications in software development and testing.
• Expertise in at least one ML framework and robust experience in the Python data science ecosystem.
• Experience in training / fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks (using methods, such as Parameter Efficient, Few-medium shot)
• Experience in leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of RAG, autonomous agents, knowledge graphs, prompting techniques (e.g., Chain-of-Thought),
• Knowledge of standard NLP techniques, such as semantic similarity, language modelling, content retrieval, question answering and summarization
• Knowledge of data reduction models to reduce computational requirements
• Experience with deep learning modeling techniques including CNNs, RNNs, GANs, VAEs, Transformers
• Good command of SQL
• NoSQL programming skills is a plus
• Experience in Cloud Computing and Containers
• Experience in .Net C#, .NET Core is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
