Job Description:
- Support the day-to-day coordination and execution of digital marketing across all platforms and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on media performance across paid channels using tools, identifying key learnings and opportunities for ongoing optimization.
- Utilize analytics platforms to track user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and conversion data.
- Assist in defining KPIs for digital marketing activities and prepare monthly and quarterly reports by analyzing performance metrics, delivering clear and actionable insights.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital metrics and derive meaningful conclusions to support data-informed decisions.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM and content marketing activities to increase organic traffic.
- Provide operational support in e-commerce campaign execution and weekly performance tracking; contribute to ongoing analysis and reporting to support optimizations.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve the user experience of the website.
- Contribute to digital content creation and adaptation for paid and organic channels, and analyze performance to inform improvements.
- Manage local social media channels (organic and paid) by coordinating content calendar execution, handling basic community interactions, and tracking engagement and reach metrics.
- Coordinate the development of promotional microsites and landing pages, ensuring alignment with global digital brand guidelines and technical standards.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and tools; support vendor coordination and media execution processes, particularly for performance-driven campaigns.
- Contribute to projects that enhance brand awareness, customer experience, and the growth of digital sales channels.
- Ensure alignment with guidelines for all digital marketing activities.
- Assist in monitoring the digital marketing budget and analyzing performance results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- More than 7 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or media.
- Insurance and banking sector experience is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software Microsoft Clarity.
- Demonstrated experience in digital media, sponsorships, event marketing, and influencer collaborations. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends/styles.
- Solid understanding of digital media channels, including social media, programmatic advertising, and influencer marketing.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, reporting and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player with an innovative mindset.
