We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and delivering advanced analytical models that support strategic decisions across the sports and physical activity sector. This role focuses on supply and demand modelling, optimised pricing, sensitivity analysis, and other predictive applications. You will apply machine learning and AI-driven approaches to extract insights from large, complex datasets and help clients make data-informed decisions with confidence.

100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex spatial and non-spatial datasets to support project requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement data models and geospatial workflows using ArcGIS tools and technologies.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and interactive maps to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and integrate geospatial analytics into project solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize data pipelines and processing workflows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Provide expert guidance on ArcGIS best practices, architecture, and deployment strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with hands-on expertise in ArcGIS (Desktop, Pro, Server, or Online).
- Strong experience with geospatial data analysis, visualization, and integration into data platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, automation, and geospatial processing.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS) and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
