What You Will Be Doing

• Provide Data Solutions to ensure delivery of automation and digitization initiatives for business units.
• Development of effective solutions using BI tools like SAS, Python VBA, Power BI, Tableauetc. based on IT guidelines, should understand git hub and deliver data ETL pipelines.
• Change management of existing tools based on IT guidelines.
• Documenting and maintaining SOPs for the solutions developed by the team.
• Handover of tools to business units and training them for usage and further maintenance
• Work in collaboration with Insights & Performance Management teams to ensure delivery of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Develop, deploy, monitor and maintain effective and value add tools based on key performance indicators using appropriate BI solutions.
• Setting up effective BI solutions for new transitioned units / process to Emirates NBD Services
• Support Strategy Implementation team to deliver Flagship projects in line with the organization objectives.
• Partner and collaborate with Business units to manage expectations and deliverables effectively and enhance BI solutions.
• Up-skilling themselves as per market standards to continually deliver business requirements.
• Adhere to the planned LDP and complete training as per requirements.

What We are Looking for

• Graduate in Math, Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business etc.
• Certification in SAS, Power BI, Business Analytics
• 5+ years of experience as Data Engineer – Technical & Stakeholder Engagement and leading a team including at least 2 – 3 years in BFS.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Data Pipelines in production and ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Min. 4 years of experience on the Business Intelligence domain
• Exposure to Banking domain
• Good knowledge in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and GitHub, Confluence, JIRA
• Good hands-on knowledge on tools like VBA, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, data ETL pipelines
• Effective collaboration with the team and Stakeholder
