At Nord Group, we’re building a groundbreaking AI-integrated app that redefines how tasks and workforce management are handled. To bring our vision to life, we’re looking for a skilled Android Developer who can craft high-performance, user-friendly mobile experiences.

The Android Developer will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our mobile application on the Android platform. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless features and ensure smooth user experiences.

●     Design, develop, and maintain Android applications.

●     Collaborate with the product and design team to implement intuitive and responsive UI/UX.

●     Integrate APIs and third-party services into the mobile app.

●     Optimize app performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot issues.

●     Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

●     Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, frameworks, and tools.

●     Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.

●     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

●     Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Android app development.

●     Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java experience is a plus).

●     Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Jetpack, and modern development frameworks.

●     Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

●     Knowledge of MVVM/MVP architecture, dependency injection (e.g., Hilt/Dagger), and Git.

●     Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and app publishing on Google Play Store.

●     Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
