Job Position: Product Manager-Cards

Job Summary:

Reem Finance is seeking a dynamic Product Manager – Cards to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our asset products. The role is responsible for Supporting the end-to-end development, launch, and management of cards and payments products, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, internal policies and business objectives. With a minimum of 5 years’ banking experience in cards product management, you will play a key role in shaping competitive, customer-focused solutions that deliver sustainable growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of new card products and associated processes (Consumers and commercials) and development, maintenance and renewal of cards PPG.

• Ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations and document CPR for each product

• Manage and grow the card product portfolio, ensuring performance targets are met

• Oversee integration with all external parties (e.g., vendors, partners like Appro, Avanza, NI, AECP, VISA, MC etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery

• Continuously improve card management and related processes and new projects including Jaywan Co-badge etc.

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align on project objectives and progress

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and special offerings for card products

• Manage and grow the card loyalty program to enhance customer retention and engagement

• Ensure successful launch of new card products following Reem’s internal policy guidelines.

• Ensure thorough testing of all new card products and services and effective customer communication.

• Introducing and establishing partnerships with merchants for card promotions and offers.

Minimum Education Qualification:
