Data & CRM Analyst

We are seeking a Data & CRM Analyst to strengthen our team and support our mission to create a more just world.


This role will be part of our insight and fundraising team, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions that enhance supporter engagement, improve efficiency, and create measurable value for our work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and improve analyses of departmental results to support fundraising and engagement activities.
  • Ensure and monitor data quality in CRM and related platforms.
  • Optimize technical platforms (CRM database, integration platform), including troubleshooting, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform data queries and processing using tools such as SQL, Boomi, Power Query, and Salesforce.
  • Contribute to business development by applying predictive analyses to increase revenue, identify new markets, and support product development.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and ensure smooth follow-up processes.
  • Provide analytical support to internal teams and improve routines within the CRM and data insight team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with a strong focus on analytics and insights.
  • Technical competence in Salesforce, including relevant certifications.
  • Solid understanding of data integrations and data-driven processes.
  • Experience in CRM analysis within B2B or B2C environments.
  • Expertise in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and related tools.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, data-driven marketing, and insight analysis.
  • Familiarity with trends in the Norwegian market is an advantage.
