Recruitment Coordinator, Administrative Support:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator, Administrative Support for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Recruitment Coordinator, Job Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes across the organization. The Recruitment Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, generate offer letters, and coordinate onboarding activities, supporting the Talent Acquisition team within Canada Wealth Management.


Responsibilities:

• Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions

• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview team and candidates

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage

• Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday or other HRIS platforms within service level agreement timelines

• Stay informed and provide updates on pre-employment steps ensuring timely completion leading up to candidate start date

• Coordinate onboarding logistics and streamline new hire communication

• Act as the liaison between new hires and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience

• Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations


Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services

• Proven ability to manage high volume interview scheduling with multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools such as Workday, Phenom

• MS Word

• MS Excel

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively


Recruitment Coordinator, Administrative Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual in French
