🚀 What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers visiting our storefront.
• Guide clients through crypto exchange transactions clearly and securely.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support storefront operations, including cash handling, reporting, and daily procedures.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and digital finance (training provided).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Mississauga or Vancouver.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
