Overview:

We are seeking a Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and develop predictive models that drive smarter business decisions. The role blends expertise in statistics, programming, and business strategy to solve challenging problems and enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data strategy and integrate new datasets to improve products
• Collect, clean, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets
• Develop algorithms, machine learning models, and predictive systems
• Perform error analysis and refine models for accuracy
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to deploy models into production
• Present results via dashboards, reports, and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data science projects
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and data modeling
• Strong skills in data mining, statistics, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, SAS, Tableau, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Experience in business and program management
