🚀 What you’ll do

• Architect and build fast, accessible, and scalable web + mobile UIs used by nearly 1M subscribers.
• Develop modern front-end features using React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS.
• Design reusable UI components across web and React Native apps.
• Work on mission-critical projects, including our next-gen AI-powered customer support chatbot.
• Champion a11y-first, performance-driven development practices.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend to ship impactful features.
• Mentor engineers and shape a high-autonomy, high-impact culture.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 6+ years of front-end experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS (or similar).
• Experience with state management (Redux, TanStack Query, Zustand).
• Passion for accessibility (a11y) and responsive design.
• Comfortable with complex, large-scale applications.
• Bonus: React Native, Rust, or telecom experience.
