We’re growing quickly and are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our fully remote team.
Role OverviewAs a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll turn raw data into insights that help shape our product roadmap, improve customer experience, and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with senior analysts, product managers, and marketing teams to provide reporting, build dashboards, and surface trends that guide strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from internal and external sources
- Write SQL queries to support ad-hoc business requests and recurring reports
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for product and business teams
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and market trends
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns in data
- Clear communicator who can explain technical findings in plain language
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
- Internship or project experience working with real-world datasets
