Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Network Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. This role will focus primarily on network configuration and troubleshooting, with additional responsibilities in warehouse efficiency, team leadership, and project support.

• Design, implement, and maintain unified communications and collaboration systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Create and present detailed infrastructure designs, including test plans, resource estimates, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture and configuration.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Support other IT-related initiatives as assigned.
  
  

• Analyze warehouse operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Implement initiatives to improve merchandise flow and delivery performance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for operational enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in network administration.
• Proficient in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting networking hardware and firewalls.
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Active Directory
  • DNS and DHCP
• Experience with Linux environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
