Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and analytical workflows in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and storytelling presentations by leveraging PowerPoint and integrating outputs from BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to define project requirements, build robust data pipelines, and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, quality checks, and validation frameworks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise reporting.
  • Translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations and present them to stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Contribute to process automation, documentation, and best practices for repeatable analytics delivery and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance optimization) and hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture (warehouses, virtual warehouses, micro-partitions, query profiling).
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration frameworks, and data warehousing concepts (star schema, fact/dimension modeling).
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating impactful visualizations and executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint, with ability to synthesize analytical findings into clear business narratives.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects within data/analytics domains, including requirement gathering, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical details and business outcomes.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
