PROJECT MANAGER (NFA SUSTAIN. PROJECT)

Primary Purpose Of The Job

Lead and deliver the Facility Assessment and Life Extension, and Feasibility & Concept Optimization studies for the NFA Sustainability Project. Ensure subsequent FEED and EPIC stages are completed in line with QatarEnergy’s requirements, specifications, and standards. Ensure project execution meets QatarEnergy’s standards for cost, schedule, quality, and safety, with full accountability and single-point responsibility.

Required Experience And Skills

• Minimum 20 years of project experience, including at least 10 years in offshore oil & gas project management and 5 years in middle management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
• Expertise in project management, planning, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Broad understanding of engineering disciplines, HSE, QA/QC, and industry standards.
• Proficient in relevant project management software and tools.
  
  

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; advanced training in Project Management, Leadership, Negotiation, and Conflict Management.
