Avenga is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our American project. Our client is a global healthcare intelligence company that develops life-saving and life-improving drugs with comprehensive clinical development services, including data management, statistical analysis, clinical trial management, medical writing, and regulatory and drug development consulting.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Solid experience with Agile frameworks and tools like Jira and Confluence;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• English level (Upper-intermediate or higher).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Background in healthcare or clinical trials;
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in health tech.

This is your role

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA throughout the development cycle;
• Create clear, structured documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence;
• Help drive Agile processes;
• Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements.
