Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across all communication channels. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and proficiency in modern design tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Strategy & Execution:
• Own end-to-end design projects, ensuring consistency in layout, typography, iconography, illustration, motion, and prototyping. Translate brand values into a unified visual language across platforms.
• Creative Development:
• Design high-impact visuals for digital and print media including banners, brochures, advertisements, and outdoor creatives.
• AI-Driven Design:
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows and generate innovative design concepts.
• Figma Expertise:
• Use Figma (or similar tools) to create responsive, high-fidelity designs for app screens and marketing assets.
• Campaign Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing and product teams to develop and execute integrated design campaigns.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (mandatory)
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in graphic or visual design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-based design tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
