💻 What You’ll Do

• Build, scale, and maintain high-quality applications across frontend and backend
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver end-to-end features
• Design and optimise REST and GraphQL APIs
• Work with modern AWS architecture (Amplify, Cognito, AppSync, CDK)
• Solve AI integration challenges: rate limits, streaming, scaling usage
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security across systems
• Mentor developers and shape technical decisions

🔍 What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a T-shaped generalist. Someone with deep engineering expertise and broad curiosity across product, design, and AI. A builder who codes cleanly, and who cares about how things look, how they are used, and how they scale.

Being a jack of all trades helps. You should have the attitude to get sh*t done, roll up your sleeves, and never see any task as too small if it helps the team move forward.

• 8+ years fullstack experience with production-level systems
• Strong with React + TypeScript, AWS (Amplify, Cognito, AppSync, CDK), REST + GraphQL APIs, DynamoDB/NoSQL + PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating AI/ML via APIs
• Eye for design and care for how things feel to end users
• Curious, pragmatic, and able to learn new tools fast
• Strong system design, scalability, and architecture skills
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-moving, startup-style environments
• Happy to be in the London office 4–5 days a week
• Nice to have: Mobile (React Native/Native), CI/CD + DevOps, startup experience
