Job Title: Senior / Principal Java Developer

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – office once per week)

Contract: 6-month initial contract, ASAP start

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior / Principal Java Developer with strong experience in Java and Spring frameworks to design and develop high-quality applications and RESTful services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Data.
• Implement data persistence with Hibernate/JPA.
• Design and build REST APIs.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to architecture decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java: 5+ years professional experience
• Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, Spring Data
• ORM: Hibernate / JPA
• RESTful services development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: office visit once per week in London

Contract:

• 6 months, ASAP start
