About Us

Unbound is the preventative brand dedicated to reclaiming longevity by making preventive health more human and approachable, focusing on balance over biohacking. We combine well-designed physical spaces, a personalised digital companion, and a community that keeps you motivated. Our first Shoreditch site reimagines the health test experience, featuring a cafe and listening bar as a waiting room.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end design process - from research and ideation to UI/UX delivery
  • Create intuitive, beautiful, and accessible experiences across mobile and web
  • Work closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality features quickly
  • Turn complex ideas into simple, delightful user flows
  • Build and maintain our design system for speed and consistency
  • Run lightweight user testing to inform and refine designs (we have a physical space in Shoreditch where iterating live with users becomes a lot easier)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience designing digital products (ideally 0→1)
  • Strong portfolio showing both UX thinking and visual craft
  • Experience working with Figma and design systems
  • Ability to prototype and iterate rapidly
  • Comfort working in small, agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Deep empathy for users and a product-first mindset

Nice to have:

  • Branding experience and ability to translate a vision into a visual language
  • Experience in consumer health, wellness, or behaviour-change products
  • Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions
  • Experience running remote user research

Why Join Us

  • Be part of an early team shaping a new cultural category in health.
  • Operate with autonomy and ownership - you’ll drive your own roadmap.
  • Work directly with founders and help define both our commercial and cultural strategy.
  • Contribute to something high-impact and deeply human - building not just a business, but a movement.
