A leading UK-based consumer digital platform that connects millions of families with unforgettable leisure experiences is searching for a highly commercial and user-centric UX/UI Designer. This is a pivotal role that will define and elevate the digital experience across the company’s core platforms, which include a high-traffic public website, a premium membership product, and a B2C management system.
Job title - UX/UI Designer
Salary - up to £55K
Location - Birmingham (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design strategy and execution for key digital platforms, ensuring a unified and consistent user experience.
- Strategically design features and flows that optimise user journeys from discovery through to transaction, directly supporting business growth targets.
- Champion a user-centred, accessibility-focused approach, conducting and leveraging user research and testing to inform and validate all design decisions.
- Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets, actively contributing to and maintaining a scalable design system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial) to ensure design aligns with technical feasibility and business objectives.
Experience:
- A strong track record as a UX/UI Designer in a consumer-facing digital or e-commerce environment.
- A demonstrable history of designing to drive conversions, revenue, and key engagement metrics—not just aesthetics.
- Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of how to use analytics, user research, and A/B testing to iterate and refine designs continuously.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end web and product design processes and outcomes.
