Do you want to help to deliver large sports stadiums, leisure centres, commercial and regeneration projects across the UK?

We're working with a bespoke Project Management consultancy to find a Project Manager who wants to take on this new and exciting opportunity! You'll work closely with an Associate Director or owner to manage pre and post contract projects, where you'll be given autonomy to run the schemes, with their guidance.

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering complex construction and development programmes. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll take full ownership of outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and ensure projects are delivered with precision, value, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle-from inception to completion-managing design, cost, quality, and programme to meet or exceed expectations.

  • Development Monitoring: Represent funders or landowners to ensure project progression, compliance, and contractual deliverables. Oversee valuations and contractor performance with diligence.

  • Feasibility & Viability: Lead multi-disciplinary consultant teams to assess project feasibility. Provide independent analysis and clear, strategic recommendations.

  • Contract Administration: Act as Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator, ensuring effective contract management and offering proactive, informed advice throughout the project.

  • Client Leadership: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients. Understand their vision and priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget.

About You

  • Professionally qualified (RICS or equivalent) in project or programme management.

  • Proven track record across sectors such as sport & leisure, government, residential, or heritage.

  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills.

  • Commercially astute, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.

  • Confident working independently and within dynamic client settings.

Why Join This Consultancy?

  • Make a Real Impact: Be part of prestigious, innovative projects-your expertise will be visible and valued.

  • Flat Structure, Big Influence: Operate as a senior professional in a non-hierarchical team that values autonomy and trust.

  • High-Performance Culture: Join a team that prides itself on integrity, quality, and exceptional client service.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with experienced directors and associates known for excellence in programme delivery.

  • Flexibility & Trust: This role can be fully remote-work where you're most productive. Trust is at the heart of how we operate.
