🎬 Network Engineer – Film & Media Industry – London (Hybrid)
Arista | Fortinet | HP | Dell | Juniper | £40,000–£45,000 + £10–14k On-Call
Are you a network engineer who loves solving problems and wants to work in a fast-moving, creative environment? This is your chance to join a global firm within the film and media industry, supporting high-performance production and post-production networks used by some of the biggest names in entertainment.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering core network support and troubleshooting across global sites, with exposure to cutting-edge infrastructure and specialist media technologies.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting and resolving network incidents across routing, switching, and firewalls
- Supporting and maintaining the core Arista network, alongside HP and Dell switching
- Working with Fortinet firewalls, plus exposure to Palo Alto and Juniper SRX
- Collaborating with global network teams (UK & US) to maintain performance and uptime
- Participating in on-call rotation (1 week in 8) to support critical media operations
- Learning Linux, network automation, and industry-specific media technologies
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
- Solid experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and support
- Hands-on background in routing and switching (Arista, HP, Dell, or similar)
- Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls (other vendor exposure beneficial)
- Experience within an Enterprise or ISP/NOC environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Strong cultural fit – this is a social, high-energy team that values personality as much as technical skill

📍 The Setup:
- Hybrid – 2 days a week in Tottenham Court Road office
- On-call rotation (1 week in 8)
- Team of 10 engineers globally (5 in the UK, 5 in the US)
💰 The Package:
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
- On-call allowance: £10,000 – £14,000 per annum
