About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson's team as a Service Delivery Management professional to optimize the performances of our workforce in service delivery. What you will do:

  • Drive the Service Delivery Management.
  • Design, establish and oversee new business and additional sales opportunities.
  • Ensure top-notch performance management by envisaging a robust quality management framework and discerning data trends.
  • Spearhead competence management initiatives to foster skill development through comprehensive career paths, training programs, education, and certification opportunities.
  • Adhere to all compliance measures, including group directives, legal and financial guidelines, framework protocols, data security norms as well as global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) requirements.
