Join a World Leading trading firm as they continue to expand in Sydney.

The Role:

• Provide hands-on support for Low Latency and FPGA teams in managing development environments across Linux-based systems
• Build and maintain deployment pipelines for internal tools and trading infrastructure
• Oversee the CI/CD ecosystem – from configuration to monitoring and improvement
• Manage and maintain our artifact storage, ensuring secure and reliable access to build outputs and dependencies
• Support production releases, including coordination, validation, and post-deployment verification
• Monitor system health and performance of CI/CD infrastructure and dev toolchains

Your present skillset

• Applied programming skills in both a scripting language (preferably Python, Bash) AND a systems programming language (preferably C/C++)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with building CI/CD pipelines (preferably gitlab)
• Experience working with containers (docker)
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Splunk
• Excellent communication skills
