As a Data Analyst, you will be at the centre of turning data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making across the organisation. You’ll design and deliver innovative data solutions, streamline and automate reporting processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs. Your expertise will help translate complex challenges into clear, scalable, and actionable outcomes.
What You’ll Do (but Not Limited To)
- Extract, transform and load data from internal and external systems using SQL, Python or other relevant tools.
- Investigate and design appropriate data models and scalable solutions to meet business needs.
- Automate, optimise and maintain data flows and pipelines to improve reporting accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
- Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and visual reports using BI tools such as Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Document data processes, workflows and reporting logic to support knowledge sharing and business continuity.
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in extracting, analysing, and interpreting large and complex datasets using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools and cloud-based platforms (e.g. Azure).
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and automate reporting workflows to support real-time decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
