Role Overview
Our client is a leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a trusted partner for global enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join the Content, Communication & Collaboration team. In this role, you'll build and maintain custom features, automations, and integrations across internal tools and platforms like Slack, Zoom, Vizzlo, LucidChart, and more. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to enhance usability, introduce real-time capabilities, and support system-level improvements that streamline digital collaboration across the organization.
The role is 100% remote.
Interview process: Intro call -> Assessment Test -> Client Interview

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development - Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, integrations, RESTful APIs, and user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript/Node.js and other technologies, including real-time dashboards and collaboration features.
- Platform Management & Support - Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot digital workplace platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams), ensuring smooth operation through maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration & Innovation - Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into solutions, establish best practices, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance the digital workplace.
- Testing & Quality Assurance - Implement unit/integration testing, code reviews, and UAT to ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Documentation & Training - Produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption and knowledge sharing.
- Security & Compliance - Align development with security standards, collaborating with compliance teams to ensure safe data handling and access controls.
- 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development or system integrations
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js & .Net ; familiarity with Slack/Zoom SDKs is a plus
- Understanding of OAuth2 workflows, API authentication, and RESTful service design.
- Experience working with collaboration and visualization tools like LucidChart, LucidSpark, and Vizzlo
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and ability to translate business needs into functional, engaging interfaces
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality solutions on tight timelines
- Experience with real-time communication systems or chat-based platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for UI mockups
- Prior experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
