WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as the key HR contact for your location, overseeing onboardings, internal processes, offboardings and addressing location-specific matters;
- Think HR as a partner for the business, looking for new ways to conduct processes to add value to the company;
- Identify needs on learning, development, culture, satisfaction and engagement + Design, implement and support new initiatives related to satisfying such needs in the locations under your scope;
- Participate in growing corporate culture (i.e. organizing corporate events);
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues and escalations;
- Close and effective cooperation with other departments, including Engineering, Finance and Legal;
- Mentor, coach and provide guidance to people managers on company processes;
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Analytics team to develop solutions, programs, and improvement opportunities.
MUST HAVES
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources roles;
- Upper-Intermediate English (ability to fluently communicate in English);
- Highly developed listening and communication skills;
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently;
- Energetic, proactive and very well-organized person, with a strong sense of ownership;
- Demonstrate discretion and judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials;
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as in general people management tasks;
- Experience in dealing with people and facilitating stressful situations.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in an IT company (Desired);
- G Suite tools knowledge;
- Experience with HRM systems;
- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
- Great will to work with people and bring improvements in the daily life of the company;
- Passion for results;
- Ability to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
