Key Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into high-quality, reusable, and reliable code.
• Design, build, and maintain performant applications, covering both backend (Kotlin, Spring Framework) and frontend (iOS, Android).
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile squads to ship new features and ensure end-to-end delivery (Dev + Ops).
• Work with external data sources and APIs, ensuring integration and scalability.
• Apply clean code principles, best practices, and design patterns (OO, DDD, SOLID).
• Conduct refactoring, debugging, and bottleneck resolution to maintain quality and responsiveness.
• Participate in API automation testing as part of development activities.
• Be actively involved in Ops activities, including setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote knowledge sharing, provide technical improvements, and contribute beyond your core role to ensure sprint success.
• Act as a team player, adapt easily to new colleagues, and foster collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Experience & Knowledge Required

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Spring Framework, Maven, Databases.
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs (Swagger/YAML), Git (VCS), Jenkins or other CI/CD tools, SAST tools (SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ), Docker, Containers, Groovy.
• Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and willingness to work in pair programming.
• Solid understanding of OO principles, DDD, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Agile mindset: positive, pragmatic, collaborative, eager to learn, team-focused, and open to feedback.
• Practical experience with Scrum in cross-functional Agile squads.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Nice to have: knowledge or interest in mobile development (iOS/Android).
