Role Overview:

XGateway is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our development needs, from frontend to integrations, support of several blockchains and more. The candidate will be self-driven and pro-active, and will have a strong background in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Architect and drive the development of our web applications.

Security & Maintainability: Contribute to the development of applications with a focus on high-quality design, clean code, and maintainability of solutions.

Collaborative Development: Work in a cross-functional team which includes product managers, designers, fellow engineers.

System maintenance: Monitor system performance, react to incidents and investigate issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of relevant development experience with a strong emphasis on web development and back-end integration.

Education: A degree in Computing, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript for building interactive user interfaces and handling complex application states.
• Solid expertise in Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL), Docker, and REST APIs for back-end systems and database management.
• Holistic approach towards solution architecture. Ability to choose tools and means that fit business needs.
• E-finance: Previous experience in building financial applications is a must.

Blockchain: Familiarity with EVM-based chains (e.g., Ethereum) is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in React, Redux, SCSS, and React Query for building responsive, high-performance applications.
• CI/CD & Infrastructure: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS services.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to deliver features in time.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a remote, global team environment.

Self-driven and result-oriented.
