Role Summary
You will dismantle, inspect, assemble and test modern commercial aircraft engines (LEAP-1A/B, PW1100G-JM, CFM56, V2500, GE90, CF6 and others) in a two-shift system, helping the company double engine throughput this year.
Key Responsibilities
Disassemble and assemble engine modules to OEM & EASA Part 145 standards.
Perform detailed visual/dimensional inspections; record findings in SAP/AMOS.
Liaise with Quality, Engineering and Test-Cell teams to ensure airworthiness and configuration compliance.
Apply Lean/5S to optimise turnaround while upholding safety.
Mentor junior (“C-profile”) mechanics and drive continuous-improvement projects.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Hands-on engine-shop experience on at least one of LEAP, PW1100G, CFM56, V2500, GE90, CF6, PW4000
Completed technical apprenticeship (Polymechanic, Automotive or Aircraft Mechanic).
