Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong experience in slot and casino game development. This is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with team management. You will guide the engineering team through the full development cycle, ensuring that our games are not only visually stunning but also technically flawless, optimized, and scalable.

As Tech Lead, you will be the key person bridging the gap between product vision and technical execution, working closely with designers, artists, and stakeholders to bring unique slot experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of slot games, from prototype to live release.
• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for the development team.
• Ensure that slot mechanics, math models, and features are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, mathematicians, and artists to integrate gameplay elements seamlessly.
• Drive performance optimization and ensure games run smoothly across devices and platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Work with QA to ensure games meet the highest stability and compliance standards.
• Stay informed about the latest tools, technologies, and trends in slot/casino gaming.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 2 years in slot/casino games.
• Proven track record in leading teams or serving in a senior developer role.
• Excellent knowledge of C++ / C# / JavaScript (depending on engine).
• Hands-on experience with Phaser, Pixi.js, or other game frameworks/engines.
• Strong understanding of RNG logic, math models, paytables, and reel mechanics.
• Familiarity with game performance profiling, debugging, and optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of backend services, multiplayer systems, or social gaming features.
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS).
• Previous experience working in a fast-scaling gaming company.
• Understanding of backend services.
