We are exclusively retained to recruit a Senior Product Manager for a global iGaming technology leader that is repositioning itself as a Player Account Management (PAM) and back-office platform company. This is a pivotal hire: the PAM is the company’s primary product going forward, and we need a world-class product leader to define its future.

Why this role matters The PAM is the control plane for iGaming: powering registration, verification, payments, wallet/ledger, bonuses, responsible gaming, fraud, affiliates, and compliance. Our client has deep technical expertise and a strong engineering team, but now requires a senior product leader to own the commercial, strategic, and customer-facing side of the platform.

This is not a delivery-only role. We need someone who has worked on PAMs at competitor organisations, understands the ecosystem across helpdesk, promotions, marketing, affiliates, fraud/risk, and banking, and can bring fresh ideas, commercial models, and a clear vision for where the product should go.

What You Will Own

• Product vision & roadmap: Define the North Star for a modular, multi-market PAM. Shape the roadmap across identity, wallet/ledger, payments, bonuses, responsible gaming, fraud, affiliates, and reporting.
• Commercial strategy: Own the business case and revenue model. Define how the PAM should be positioned, priced, and sold. Optimise unit economics across PSPs, KYC, fraud, and bonus costs.
• MVP definition & sequencing: Translate regulatory and operational requirements into a shippable MVP, sliced into end-to-end increments (register → verify → deposit → play → withdraw).
• Regulatory & certification: Map jurisdictional requirements (UKGC, MGA, NJ DGE, ON AGCO, etc.), plan lab submissions (GLI, eCOGRA, iTech Labs), and ensure auditability and compliance.
• Vendor ecosystem: Lead RFPs and negotiations with PSPs, KYC/AML providers, fraud tools, and reporting partners.
• Operational readiness: Specify back-office tooling for KYC/AML casework, payments approvals, reconciliation, limits/self-exclusion, and customer support workflows.
• Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with engineering, compliance, finance, risk/fraud, marketing, and customer operations. Communicate clearly from board level to delivery squads.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• total of 7+ years in product management, with direct PAM or regulated transactional platform experience in a regulated iGaming company.
• Proven track record of commercial ownership: defining revenue models, optimising acceptance rates, reducing costs, and driving retention/LTV.
• Experience delivering greenfield or replatformed PAMs or equivalent transactional systems (wallets, payment orchestration, KYC/AML, bonus engines).
• Strong exposure to regulatory certification and auditability in multiple jurisdictions.
• A hands-on operator who can draft BRDs, run backlog rituals, validate hypotheses with data, and partner deeply with engineering.
• Someone who will come in with ideas: where the product should go, how to sell it, and how to generate revenue.
  
  

How success will be measured

• Business: registration-to-FTD conversion, payment acceptance %, withdrawal SLA, bonus ROI, retention/LTV, cost per transaction, fraud/chargeback rate.
• Delivery: on-time MVP and certification milestones, defect escape rate, incident frequency/MTTR, scalability and latency under load.
• Compliance/ops: audit findings resolved, reporting completeness, reconciliation accuracy, CS ticket rate per active player.
