At Visma Solutions, you will join a dedicated and experienced team of 18 engineers working as Scrum teams on our Visma Sign e-signature and contract management solution. Visma Sign, the leading electronic signature service in the Nordics, serves over 60,000 companies.
What to expect when you join us?
We envision your contribution to our success to focus on two important domains with a 50-50 split: As a Scrum Master, you will help facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one of our teams and develop our ways of working, so that we operate with a value-first and customer-centric mindset. You will also get to utilise your web development skills across our technology stack, both front and back, as we introduce new functionalities to our contract lifecycle management solution. You are a seasoned web developer with previous experience of developing features from the ground up, as well as modernising and refactoring existing systems.
To help you succeed in your dual role, you will need:
- Several years of hands-on experience with agile methodologies and strong team facilitation skills. A Scrum Master certification is seen as a plus but not mandatory.
- Several years of relevant work experience in software development with some of the following technologies: C# /.NET, OOP PHP, React.js, Typescript.
- Mastery of at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Proven background of operating in a live product environment.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
In addition to the above, some knowledge of and hands-on experience with the following is considered an advantage: DevOps, Google Cloud Platform, microservices, identity and access management, distributed event-driven architecture.

Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work from other Visma offices or remotely from anywhere in Finland. Although we're connected throughout the day, we don't physically sit close to each other, so we don't expect you to either. However, we would like you to occasionally visit your team mates in our offices.
We believe diversity is a richness so we would love to have applications from people with various backgrounds. However, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation services, so you would need to be already based in Finland and have a valid work permit.
The salary range in this position is difficult to estimate as it can be anything between 4500-5200 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations. In addition to salary, we offer a wide range of benefits (including personnel fund, sports, culture, massage, dental, bike benefit, extended health care, recreation budget, rewards and bonuses, company parties, snacks in the office, etc). We expect the new colleague to start in the position at the beginning of January 2026.
