The product team is composed of 10 people across Paris and Nantes office: 5 PM, 4 designers and 1 data analyst.

You’ll be part of the product team while working closely with the tech team (20+ passionate people across Paris, Nantes, and other remote locations).

The Dashdoc Product Is Split Into Three Core Parts

  • The API
  • The Web applications
  • The Mobile app (for truckers)

🚀 Your mission

Role

We’re looking for an Experienced Product Designer to join our team and help create impactful, user-friendly solutions that make life easier for hundreds of transport and logistics companies. In this role, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Design Amazing Products: Lead the entire design process, from idea to implementation, and craft meaningful, user-focused solutions. You’ll also shape Dashdoc’s design system, keeping it scalable and consistent.
  • Collaborate and Make Things Happen: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. We use the Shape Up methodology to keep things organized, so you’ll have a clear path to get things done.
  • Adapt Designs for Diverse Users: Understand the needs of different personas and markets, and tailor your work to resonate globally while respecting local nuances.

You’ll be part of a talented design team led by Gontran, our Lead Product Designer, who brings expertise in psychology and ergonomics. Collaboration, creativity, and innovation are at the heart of how we work!

  • Experienced pro: You’ve got at least 3 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of work across desktop and mobile platforms. Bonus points if you’re skilled in design systems!
  • User-obsessed: You know how to connect with users, spend time in the field, and integrate their feedback into your designs.
  • Discovery-driven: You’re great at figuring out the right problems to solve before jumping into solutions.
  • Strategic thinker: You can simplify complex problems and turn them into elegant, user-centric designs.
  • Self-starter: You take initiative, own your projects, and mentor others when needed.
  • Lifelong learner: You’re always improving your skills and staying on top of design trends.
  • Strong communicator: You can confidently present your ideas and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Global mindset: You’ve designed for international products and can adapt to diverse cultures and markets. Plus, you’re fluent in English!
