Your Role

As Project Manager in France, you will be responsible for driving the successful development of renewable energy projects. From the very first stages of prospecting through to securing all administrative authorizations required for construction, you will play a key role in turning opportunities into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the prospecting phase to identify and assess potential project sites.
• Secure land agreements and ensure proper management of the land acquisition process.
• Develop a strong understanding of local territories and their specific contexts.
• Build and maintain relationships with local elected officials, landowners, farmers, and other key partners.
• Facilitate dialogue with stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term cooperation.
• Represent the company positively with local communities, authorities, and wider project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering firms and oversee the execution of impact studies.
• Actively manage your project scope while collaborating closely with the wider development team and support functions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering or related fields (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering preferred). A Master’s degree is considered a strong plus.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in the energy sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and proactive mindset.
• Solid organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze technical data and write clear, structured performance reports.
• Proficiency in Excel and QGIS.

Languages:

• English: B2 level
• Spanish: Highly valued
