How Your Role Will Look Like
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Feature Discovery & Partnership Integration: Lead the discovery of innovative AI features, concepts, and partnership integrations that add value to our B2B customers, mainly real estate agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX, Marketing, Pricing, Tech, and Sales to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Take ownership of initiatives that enhance customer engagement, regularly engaging with customers to gather feedback and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Growth Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth in your product area, leveraging customer insights, data-driven decisions, and market trends.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Regularly engage with customers to gather insights and integrate feedback into the product development process, ensuring we meet evolving customer needs.
- KPI Monitoring & Steering: Monitor and steer KPIs to ensure product success and continuous improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, feature conception, and partnership integrations.
- Experience with conversion optimization and engagement loops with products.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across UX, Marketing, Pricing, Tech, and Sales.
- Experience using data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform and drive product strategy.
- Ability to create low-fi wireframes and pitch decks to visualize ideas and garner stakeholder buy-in.
- Proven track record of monitoring and steering KPIs to drive product growth and engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
- Fluent in English and German.
