Job Description

We are seeking a Director to join our business. You will play a pivotal role in driving client impact, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the firm’s growth agenda. You will lead complex engagements, design innovative solutions, and advise C-suite stakeholders across industries. In addition to delivering excellence, you will be expected to shape go-to-market strategies, contribute to thought leadership, and develop the next generation of consulting talent.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Delivery:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (C-suite and business leaders).

  • Lead the design and delivery of large-scale transformation, strategy, or technology programs.

  • Ensure measurable client impact, ROI, and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

Business Development & Growth :

  • Drive business growth by identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities across existing and new accounts.

  • Lead proposal development, client pitches, and contract negotiations.

  • Build strong networks within target industries to generate market insights and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on sector and service-line growth initiatives.

Practice & People Development :

  • Contribute to building the firm’s consulting practice through IP development, methodologies, and thought leadership.

  • Mentor, coach, and inspire consultants and managers to achieve their full potential.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Support recruitment, training, and capability-building efforts.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, professional services, or senior industry roles.

  • Proven track record of leading client engagements with Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations.

  • Strong business development experience, including revenue generation and client relationship management.

  • Deep expertise in at least one consulting domain (e.g., Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology, Operational Excellence, Human Capital).

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional global teams in complex environments.
