DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)🚀

Salary: €60-65k plus bonus
Are you passionate about building scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure?
Our client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their growing engineering team and help deliver high-performance, cost-efficient solutions on AWS.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters in EKS, leveraging scaling tools like Karpenter and KEDA.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and drive GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
- Centralise monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch, creating real-time dashboards and alerts.
- Implement security best practices with WAF, GuardDuty, and Security Hub, automating audits and compliance checks.
- Optimise AWS usage for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, providing insights to leadership and accounts teams.
- Drive automation initiatives, disaster recovery strategies, and integrations with third-party platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments and reliable services.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes (EKS) experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and scaling strategies.
- Hands-on with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK for infrastructure-as-code.
- Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and automation-first approaches.
- Familiarity with AWS security tools and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- AWS Certifications preferred.
