Human Resources Generalist - Contract Position


Our client is looking for an experience Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Dublin, to provide HR support to employees across EMEA on processes and queries related to the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including administering HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and leave.

• Address HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and vendors efficiently.

• Provide onboarding support to ensure candidates understand the process and receive timely communication and documentation per service level agreements including contract management, background checks, relocation, immigration, Workday onboarding and benefit enrollment.

• Deliver engaging presentations for new employees, providing them with essential information about the company, its culture, policies, and procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Assist People Managers with employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

• Review and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.

• Support payroll administration activities as needed.

• Mentor and coach People Managers on employment legislation, compliance, and operational improvements.

• Engage with works councils, handling submissions and fostering positive relationships.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Managers, Legal, and

external vendors, to deliver efficient HR services.

• Promote cultural programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Exemplify cultural values and work with leaders to translate cultural vision into actionable

plans.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist

• Norwegian language preferred

• Practical knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation, preferably in Norway, including disciplinary and grievance processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
