A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group
- This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience looking to develop their skills in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of data analysis techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or gathering and documenting business requirements is a plus.
- Contribute to transformational projects that are reshaping how the firm operates, collaborates, and delivers value.
- Work with stakeholders across the firm to gather and document business requirements, understand challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Help map processes and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, inform decision-making and solution design.
- Support the testing and validation of new systems or processes, providing feedback for enhancements.
- Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the delivery of initiatives that leverage AI, intelligent automation, and digital tools to drive efficiency and enhance stakeholder experiences.
- Be part of a team that thrives on energy, creativity, and collaboration, with a strong focus on delivery and impact.
