We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Crypto Engineer to join a dynamic start-up incubator focused on building innovative, customer-facing crypto products. In this role, you will architect and develop secure, scalable, and user-centric digital asset solutions from the ground up, shaping the vision for our crypto initiatives. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams, you will design and implement cutting-edge blockchain-based systems focused on FinTech use cases, ensuring robust security, performance, and seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop secure, scalable blockchain solutions including wallets, smart contracts, and trading platforms.
• Lead the development of decentralized applications (dApps) and other digital asset products.
• Drive innovation in crypto systems with a focus on usability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end blockchain solutions.
• Contribute to open-source crypto projects and maintain verifiable public code contributions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to foster technical excellence and innovation.
• Stay at the forefront of blockchain and crypto technology trends, evaluating new tools and protocols for potential adoption.

Required Expertise & Skills

• Hands-on experience in digital asset development, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and DeFi applications.
• Proven experience designing and building secure, scalable crypto systems, including wallets, smart contracts, or trading platforms.
• Deep expertise in blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Bitcoin, or other layer-1/layer-2 protocols) and cryptographic principles (e.g., public-key cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs).
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python, with experience in low-level systems programming for blockchain nodes or protocols.
• Experience with customer-facing crypto products such as wallets, exchanges, or DeFi platforms, with a focus on usability and security.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing secure APIs, smart contracts, and system integrations for blockchain-based applications.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS).
• Experience with agile development, rapid prototyping, and iterative feature validation in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex cryptographic and blockchain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
