The Role:


We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.


The Person:


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a clear focus on aligning project goals with broader business objectives. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are essential to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The role requires a confident communicator with proven conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities, able to navigate challenges and maintain productive relationships. Adaptability and resilience are key traits, as the Project Manager will need to respond to changing circumstances and remain composed under pressure. A high level of stakeholder engagement is also critical, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Uphold the company values at all times.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
  • Develop a documented library of the businesses key processes and workflow charts.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

·        An accredited qualification in Project Management.

·        Proven experience (3+ years) in project management.

·        Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

·        Proficiency in project management software.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.

·        A professional level of English, both oral and written.
