🏢 ABOUT US
Digitalmoka is a growing mobile games studio. We build simple, fun, well-crafted titles by blending creativity and data. We’re hiring a Quality Control (CQ) / QA Specialist (part-time, fixed-term) to help us test and ship with confidence.
🎯 YOUR ROLE
Execute hands-on testing on our mobile titles (iOS & Android). This is an operational role, coordinated by the Producer: you will run tests, report issues clearly, and verify fixes to keep releases on track.
🧭 WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Test builds on real devices and check basic functionality and UI
- Test specific game functions as requested by the Dev / Design team
- Look for specific patterns to trigger errors / bugs and report them
- Study of the games plan/design to understand the expected behaviours
- Report issues with clear steps and evidence (screenshots/video)
- Do simple checks on texts/localization and visual consistency
- Collaborate with the Producer and Developers to prioritize and follow up
🧰 WHAT YOU BRING
- Practical CQ/QA experience on mobile games (iOS + Android)
- Native-level Italian (team communication)
- Attention to detail, reliability, and clarity in writing
- Curiosity and drive to understand rather than passively accept information
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Jira (or similar issue tracking)
- Exposure to release processes (TestFlight/Google Play)
- Basic understanding of app performance on real devices
- Basic familiarity with Unity projects is a plus
📍 LOCATION AND CONTRACT
- Rome, Italy
- Part-time: 20 hours/week, fixed-term contract
💬 A note on inclusion
- We strongly encourage applications from women and underrepresented genders. If you’re not sure you meet 100% of the requirements, we’d still love to hear from you.
